These Terms of Service govern the use of the DocMind AI document data extraction service and private deployment software licences.
1. Managed Extraction Service
Our processing service delivers structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON) extracted from documents you supply. Extraction utilizes advanced vision and AI models paired with schema-locking and confidence scoring. While we perform internal review passes on flagged fields, customers are responsible for verifying extracted data prior to critical business or accounting use.
2. Private System Licensing
For customers purchasing private system setup and deployment:
- Scope of Licence: Licences are issued to a single company for internal business use on one deployment.
- Restrictions: Sublicensing, reselling, public redistribution, or providing the application as a multi-tenant commercial SaaS without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
- API Costs: The client supplies their own OpenAI API key and is responsible for API consumption charges incurred.
- Support & Updates: Ongoing technical support, system maintenance, and version updates are available under an optional annual agreement.
3. Customer Obligations & Document Rights
By submitting documents to DocMind AI (or processing them via your deployment), you warrant that you possess all requisite rights, titles, and consents to transmit and process such materials.
4. Limitation of Liability
DocMind AI provides software and extraction services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocMind AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from extraction delays, optical recognition discrepancies, or downstream system integrations.
